PAMEX 2026 Reinforces Its Position as India’s Most Valuable Printing Exhibition

PAMEX 2026, organised by the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) in association with Print-Packaging.com Pvt. Ltd., concluded successfully, reaffirming its standing as India’s most valuable printing exhibition for the Indian print industry. Over four dynamic days, the exhibition witnessed intense business activity, focused buyer-seller interactions, and a strong volume of deals closed—underlining PAMEX’s commitment as a platform that delivers measurable return on investment.

Over the years, PAMEX has distinguished itself from conventional exhibitions driven by footfall alone, and PAMEX 2026 further reinforced this legacy through the quality of engagement on the show floor. Visitors arrived with clear intent, engaging directly with relevant exhibitors, evaluating technologies aligned with their operational needs, and advancing purchasing decisions. Exhibitors, in turn, experienced a sales-driven environment marked by qualified leads and conversions translating into tangible business outcomes.

Several exhibitors confirmed that PAMEX 2026 enabled them to meet serious buyers and decision-makers in a highly efficient setting, helping shorten sales cycles and maximise ROI. The focused ecosystem—bringing together machinery manufacturers, technology providers, solution partners, and industry leaders—created an environment where time, investment, and opportunity were utilised purposefully.

Commenting on the significance of the exhibition, Mr. Jun Sudo, President, Komori India Pvt. Ltd., said:
“PAMEX is one of the most important printing exhibitions in India. It consistently attracts a large number of high-quality prospects, making it an extremely effective platform for meaningful business engagement and long-term market presence.”

The visitor’s response echoed similar sentiment. Many visitors highlighted PAMEX 2026 as a highly productive experience, citing direct access to leading global and Indian brands, practical technology demonstrations, and the ability to compare solutions and close discussions within a single platform. The presence of serious exhibitors and decision-ready buyers ensured that interactions remained focused, relevant, and commercially valuable throughout the four days.

Building on the strong success of this edition, the next edition—PAMEX 2028—is scheduled to be held from 1st to 4th February 2028. With the theme “Beyond Automation,” the upcoming edition will focus on the integration of next-generation technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and smart manufacturing solutions, highlighting how these innovations will shape the future of print.

As PAMEX 2026 signs off with confidence, strong deal flow, and positive industry feedback, the exhibition continues to strengthen its position as India’s most trusted, business-first printing exhibition—delivering not just visibility, but real value and sustainable growth for the industry.
