No Sales. Only Substance: Flexo Summit Asia Sets a New Benchmark for Industry Events

Insight-Driven Inaugural Edition Unites the Global Flexographic Community at Jaipur

Flexo Summit Asia, organised by ReEnvision Events Private Limited at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) on November 26–27, 2025, concluded its landmark inaugural edition with an overwhelming industry response, establishing itself as India’s first truly insight-led summit for the flexography ecosystem.

The two-day residential summit brought together 325 Printers, Converters, and Brand Owners, more than 55 speakers from across the globe, creating a high-impact knowledge platform focused on innovation and the future of flexographic printing. With packed sessions, energetic discussions, and an environment free from sales agendas, the summit delivered a refreshing, immersive experience built on learning and meaningful industry interaction.

Speaking on the success of the summit, Anil Arora, Director, ReEnvision Events Private Limited, said:
“Flexo Summit Asia was created to give the industry a platform built on knowledge collective growth. The overwhelming response to this first edition confirms that the need for such a summit was long overdue. What stood out was the openness of dialogue, the quality of conversations, and the hunger for learning.”

Possibilities, Profitability, People: The Foundation of Two Insight-Packed Days

The theme Possibilities, Profitability, and People shaped the narrative of the summit and served as the foundation for two powerful days of thought leadership. The program opened with a high-impact keynote followed by compelling sessions on The Flexo Economy and Creating a Flexo Business Mindset, setting the tone for an intellectually rich agenda.

A defining highlight was the session led by Sante Conselvan, President of the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) – Global Alliance and CEO, GAMA Group (Italy), who delivered a deep-dive into what it truly takes to build a successful flexo-driven organisation. Drawing on decades of global experience, he emphasised leadership thinking, operational discipline, and the importance of long-term industry vision in sustaining growth.

Panels That Sparked Perspective: ECG and Clearing the FOG

First Day featured two thought-provoking panel discussions. The first, “ECG – The Flexo Heartbeat”, was led by Dr. Kai Lankinen, Senior Lecturer, Tampere University of Applied Sciences, Finland, who decoded the science behind Extended Colour Gamut adoption, explaining how technology can unlock productivity, consistency, and waste reduction. The session included a dynamic panel featuring Steve Smith of Miraclon (Belgium), Chatura Jayatissa of ALFT Packaging (Sri Lanka), and Jai Chandra of VeePee Graphics Solutions, offering a balanced perspective from technology providers, users, and prepress experts.

The second panel, “Clearing the FOG (Flexo, Offset & Gravure)”, examined the evolving coexistence and convergence of printing technologies, enabling delegates to understand where flexo fits within today’s hybrid production environment.

Day One concluded with a deeply personal and powerful address by Suresh Gupta, former Chairman of Huhtamaki India Ltd. and former EVP Global Flexibles, Huhtamäki Oyj, Finland, and Chairman – IFCA. Sharing his life journey from a management graduate to building a two-digit company into an enterprise exceeding ₹2,000 crores, he left the audience moved and inspired.

Reflecting on the summit, Mr. Gupta said:
“What impressed me most about Flexo Summit Asia is that this was not a selling platform, but a thinking platform. In an industry crowded with pitches, this summit stood out for its honesty, learning, and openness. When knowledge flows freely and there is no commercial pressure, real growth becomes possible.”

Breakouts That Went Deeper

Day Two unfolded with four focused breakout tracks on Flexible Packaging, Labels, Corrugated Packaging, and a standout session on “Future of Pack” which provided what many described as a rare, unfiltered industry dialogue. By bringing converters and brand owners to the same stage, the discussion went beyond theory and into tough realities, each featuring a dedicated panel session. While most

industry conferences remain heavily converter-driven, Flexo Summit Asia rewrote the script this year by actively elevating the voice of brand owners. With over 30 brand owners present, the Summit bridged a long-standing gap between those who manufacture packaging and those who define its purpose and performance. These tracks enabled deeper technical conversations, practical learning, and cross-segment interaction, allowing participants to gain a well-rounded view of operational challenges and future opportunities in the industry.

Next Edition Announced: Bengaluru 2026

The theme for the next edition has been unveiled as: Flexo Next: Thinking Beyond Print
